Let’s understand India Gau Mata
The significant features of Indian Cows:
- Hump of the Shoulder;
- Long Ears;
- In the neck the skin will be hanging;
- Suryaketu nerve on the back, it is believed that Suryaketu nerve absorbs medicinal essences from atmosphere and makes milk, urine and cow dung more nourishing. The milk colour light yellow comes from this nerve and even due to this it has 24 carat gold characteristics, it is scientifically proved;
- The ability to shake only a particular part of the body, for example it can shake only the skin the stomach area without shaking the other part of the body;
- It can withstand the climatic conditions of this country, either hot, rain or cold;
- It delivers around 15 to 20 calf’s in his life span and takes nine months to produce a baby, which is equal to human being;
- It can walk for more kilometers and work hard accepting the climatic conditions of this part of the world;
- A cow in its lifespan feeds thousands of people, and one cow is sufficient to do farming in 10 acres of land;
- The body temperature of Cow is equal to a normal human being body temperature.
A1
and A2 Milk:
The National Bureau of Animal Genetic Research has
recently demonstrated the superior milk quality of Indian cattle breeds.
After scanning 22 cattle breeds, scientists concluded that in
five high milk-yielding native breeds – Red Sindhi, Sahiwal, Tharparkar, Rathi
and Gir – the status of A2 allele of the beta casein gene was 100 per cent.
In other Indian breeds it was around 94 per cent, compared to only 60 per
cent in exotic breeds like Jersey and HF.
The A2 allele is responsible for making available more Omega-6
fatty acids in milk. The pure Indian breed desi cow produces A2 milk, which
contains less Betacosmophorine-7 (BCM-7), as opposed to the hybrid cows which
generally produce A1 milk.

Kapila Gau: I have
heard from Swami Ramsukhdas Ji that Kapila gau is so auspicious that using its
bull in Agriculture is paap. The Kapila cow eybrow, khur all are brown/ light
brown. I don’t know exactly about her
but on assumption and search I find below picture over net. I hope she is the
one.

There is
huge difference between Jersey Animal and our Indian Gau, look wise it is simple
the Jersey animal are those who has no hump on the shoulder. That is the reason the
bull of Jersey cannot be used in Agriculture work as the Juaha (Hal) cannot be
placed on Jersey bull shoulder for farming. The milk is also different as stated
in this article. The working out put of Jersey animal and Indian Bull are totally different, our Bull is strongest one, even stronger than Buffalo Bull.
Although all animals are good but
calling our Desi Gau a animal is lack of mind, just like calling Ganga a river
and calling Tulsi a plant. After looking at the benefits scientifically as well
as religiously, these all are above normal level. Further Cow is created along
with Devta’s and Manush, reference Upnishad/ Vedas.
Hence our Gau milk not a milk it’s
Amrit.

HOW TO RECOGNIZE INDIAN GAU
In following picture, you can see the difference between English
Cow (Jersey Animal) and Indian Gau, The Hump and Flap are signs of India Gau and Jersey Animal do not possess such thing:
The purpose showing the difference is just to update those people who drink Jersey animal milk thinking it is India Gau milk and then complain that they didn't get any health or wealth benefits.
Just by look English people put Jersey animal name as Cow otherwise there is no other similarities. In fact people know Indian Gau can recognize Jersey animal in one glance.
In old history days Buffalo was kept by Chandals or Jalads because the Buffalo milk dump the mind. For example in Army to trained good horses, they given them Indian Gau milk not buffalo. There was an experiment where the horses who had Indian Gau milk cross the river without any hesitance and the horses who had Buffalo milk sit between the water while crossing.
Indian Gau once live with its child for a few hours can recognize it's child among hundreds of other Gau, where Jersey cannot. Indian Gau like cleanliness around it's area. If the surrounding area is not clean and in longer run and in bad places, the milk get reduced.
